Pyrexia of unknown originAbstract
Pyrexia of unknown origin (PUO) is a clinical challenge defined by a persistent fever exceeding three weeks without a discernible aetiology, despite preliminary examinations. This case report details a 19-year-old male engineering student who was originally managed for pyrexia and subsequently identified with acute B-cell lymphoblastic leukaemia (B-ALL), showing the complex nature of the diagnosis procedure in cases of Pyrexia of unknown origin (PUO)
